I wish I never used this company. They will get you to spend more money on fees than they will ever save you in money. I have now paid $2,000 in fees alone and they have saved me a sad $1,200 in settlements. I have $2,200 more in fees to pay over these next 3 years at least. I have one more settlement to be done. Overall, I owed $11,000 in debt. Once this program is through I will be paying at least $13,000. My credit went from 750 to 400 over these 8 months of being with JG. I will be lucky if my credit ever gets better. It will be 3-5 years at least. The communication is awful for this company. They say they want to help you get out of debt, but really they want to ruin your credit and take as much money as possible from you. They prey on desperate people who need help. Over these 8 months, I have given JG $2,021 and only $15 of that has gone towards my debt. Resolution Sought I would love for the majority of my money that I give JG, to go to my debt. I have paid $2,021 and only $15 of that has gone to my debt. I believe they should save way me way more money on settlements. They saved me $700 on one settlement and $500 on another. I believe I should be saving at least $1000-$2000 on my debt at the bare minimum. They basically only save you on the interest and late fees that have added up over this "waiting period" they make you wait.
