Have been customer service and treat tenants with respect

This property management has been the worst. They aren't professional talk to tenants the way the choose. Very unprofessional. When I as a tenant has issues with anything from them. They drag their feet and take for ever. Ex. My hot water was shut off and there is a lock box where the boiler room is with the key to get in. National grid came twice and the property managers failed to provide them access to the room. So my family went without hot water ..showers for two days.....this happened one two different occasions.
