I purchased a Smartphone Android 8.1 4GB+64GB 6.1 inch MTK6580 Octa Core Mobile Phone Dual SIM cards Dual Camera Bluetooth GSM/WCDMA Smartphones x 1 Multicolor on March 11, 2021! I still haven't received my phone! I actually have screenshots of the confirmation of when I bought the phone along with an order number, and I also have screenshots of the order summary on the llama babies website! I was informed only once by an email telling me that the delivery may take longer than usual because of the Coronavirus issues, and I will be receiving an email when my order is ready! But this email was not sent from the llamababies website, it was sent from emma landy landyemma879@gmail.com! This was the only email that I received regarding the phone that I ordered! I have sent numerous emails asking for some kind of proof that the phone has been shipped, and it's on the way to be delivered, but I haven't received anything at all, no replies to any of the emails that I've sent! So I am very upset right now, and I'm at the point of asking and wanting a refund for the phone?! I mean, if I could get some kind of proof that the phone is on the way to be delivered, it's very possible that I would reconsider asking for a refund?! But I sent more than enough emails to that email address and the llamababies email address, I should've already had a reply from them?! Please help me?! Thank You! Resolution Sought I really would like to receive my phone, but since I haven't gotten no replies back from either of the email addresses that I sent messages to, I would like a refund for the phone!
