I got an oil change on 1/12.24, I not sure if the work was done, I sat 8n the cat, I didn't feel the tugging as if they replaced the oil filter, they didn't check my wiper blades nor any of the complimentary svc like fill windshield wiper fluid, nor check inside for the cabin air filter, wash the windows or things I needed like power steering fluid nor check lights. I was charged 48.55 and it was supposed to be 20 percent off for seniors, I kept asking them for my 20 percent but I was 8gnored while they talked amongst themselves, I paid and said I would never come back. I'm upset because I'm not sure if I got an oil change Resolution Sought I would like to have my oil change with my 10 percent that I am due and a check of the services that comes with jiffy lube oil change

Company states: I called the customer and I let her know that her vehicle does not have a cabin air filter, since her car is an older model. I rung her out, but she never mentioned the 10% discount. As mentioned to her over the phone, If she wants to come back I will refund the $4.86. Please tell her to ask for Darryll.
