Very unprofessional establishment and poorly ran.

This is the worst ran business. I was Assistant manager for a month. The service manager is very rude, and disruptive of the workflow. It is a private owned franchise, that is NOT standardized. It is a very unprofessional establishment and poorly ran. The inventory is always off and the service is very bad., constantly short staffed and overbearing of the work that is managed. The manager also has one on one personals, instead of openly talking to staff. He belittles other employees for knowledge gained thru experience, lowering morale for all employees. In the past year 22 people have either been fired, or quit on their own accord due to previous said issues. It is very sad that these places exist, we are here to help people, not micro manage and disturb the peace within the team helping each other. A shift in management has to occur.
