Stop lying to venerable customers!

My Sister in Law went to this business to get the oil changed in her Honda Civic and was " up sold" a change of spark plugs, changing brake fluid and they attempted to try to replace her relatively newer battery. This is a despicable business practice and has resulted in their loss of two customers.. please warn other customers of this business treachery.
