December 27th 2021, I took my car in for an oil change at jiffy lube. Address 9611 Auto Center Dr, Elk Grove. Ca 95757-8705.. 30 to 40 minutes into driving it started shaking really bad! I pulled over and called jiffy lube immediately! in a Panic! explained to them what my car was doing.. they left me on hold. I called another Jiffy lube left a message on the VM in regards of speaking to a district manager. I received a call back promptly! by Raiz he ask me was I safe and to send a picture of the codes. I did he came to me checked under the hood and said he didn't see anything his workers could have done wrong. but contact the Buick dealership to get a complimentary diagnostic the next day. I took my car in to the Elk Grove Buick Dealership for the Diagnostic. They contacted me the next day to tell me Jiffy lube did nothing wrong, so I left a VM message with jiffy lube telling them so. that day passed I had to get a rental car for one day which is what Deon in the service department told me i would only need it for. the next day a little after 3:00 spoke with Deon about my car being done and me returning the rental car so i wouldn't be charged another day. he said not to worry he would contact them and take care of it. the next day or the day after he contacted me saying that they needed to look under the hood and he needed my authorization to do so at that time he said the technician thought it was something else, then it was jiffy lube that was the cause Resolution Sought I've been under a lot of stress!! this is a never before situation! i have always taken all of my cars to jiffy lube and the only thing that has ever happened out of the normalcy is for the check engine light comes on then eventually goes off.. all i wanted was an oil change not a headache stress ache an chest ache! i want whoever has caused the issues on my 2017 Buick Verano to own up to it fix it or split the bill and pay more attention to the Consumers wellbeing and not the money!
