Educate these guys and give them more training on customer service.
I contacted Jiffy Lube in Grimes Iowa on Wednesday September 6th to set up an appointment for a tune up on Saturday sept 9th, specifically to replace spark plugs. The mechanic told me with my car, chevy cruze 2016 it would be $200-$250. We also discussed checking filters and hoses. When I took the car to the shop, the guy Joseph told me they didn't have an appointment for my car. He was rude, angry and defensive. And he accused me of calling the wrong shop. After they drove my car into garage he said nobody had heard of me. And that i would have to sign an agreement of his estimate of $329. Then the guy I talked to on phone came in the lobby and said he told me on the phone of the $200-$250 and also said on the phone that it was not an estimate. I called for two reasons to be sure I could get my car in on a certain day and time nd that I would have an idea of how much it would cost. On the phone I was told nothing about an agreement to sign and was not told that the dollar amount given wasn't an estimate. I told Joseph next time they need to tell customers there is an agreement to sign and I asked him to not have an attitude with me when i have given this company business. These two guys lied and i won't go back there. Supervisors and managers of these two individuals should be aware of what these two are capable of. Educate these guys and give them more training on customer service.
