Discount coupon is very deceptive. States cost to be between $16 & $24 but ended up costing me $28 with the discount.

Discount coupon is very deceptive. States cost to be between $16 & $24 but ended up costing me $28 with the discount. Service and personnel are terrific, just a bad sales coupon.
