They issued me a check for the registration just ended up cost me a days pay from work cause of all the MVA traveling I had to do.

I bought a vehicle on October 4 2023 never received a title or registration. My tags ended up expired and I couldn't renew my tags cause they never told me that the reason for non transfer was a fine on my old title. I drove around for almost a month on expired registration. Jim Coleman Honda stop responding to my calls and text. Basically I felt that they took my 10k check and said deal is done. I feel like I was deceived and brushed under the carpet. What really can be done?
