I ordered 2 meals containing called the big Moe with fries and 2 deep fried Oreos and 1 banana milkshake and 2 sodas. The order came cold and poorly cooked. I phones immediately and spoke to the manager on duty who stated there was nothing she could do about it and that next time the service would be better. This unacceptable. We have the order which originally wanted it replaced now I want my money refunded. Resolution Sought Refund money.
