I paid Jim LaRosa to do some upgrades and improvements to My house and he started the work and disappeared I filed a police report with Ledyard Police he came back made some amendments and changed dates and disappeared again I went to his house and convinced him after talking with BBB and consumer Protection that it would be in his best interest to finish the work or outsource it & he chose to outsource and the work wasn't being done correctly by code and the Contractor stopped working. I notified him and kept getting the run around I've since hired a new contractor and the work had to be redone according to code. I want a refund for my $15.000 that Jim LaRosa squadled away with no intent to do or complete the task. I also feel like his liscence needs to be revoked. Abusing Disabled Veterans and Military communities. Resolution Sought I want My $15,000.00 returned and him reprimanded.
