My car has been in their service department this year five times for the same sound. They have said they fixed the issue each time and have not. It has now been there for two months with no word of what's going on. They call to tell me it's finished when I got there my car was covered in grease on the inside and the car wouldn't even start. Which lead me to leave once again without my vehicle. Now it's been another two weeks no word on the issue or when I'll receive my car. I've dealt with three advisors and mangers no success. Resolution Sought Fix my vehicle or put me in a new one

State Emissions Exemption. I did not drive 5000 miles in a year. I made my inspection appointment via KIA's automated appointment system. It was made 1 week earlier than my prior years inspection. I'm charged $39.50 because of a computer I don't control nor can I correct this computer. Resolution Sought KIA needs to get rid of this faulty system. It's not the consumers issue travel was halted due to a global pandemic and address my claim.

Company states; Michelle had a 9/22 inspection sticker on her car. She made the appointment in August prior to her expiration of her current inspection. Due to the inspection still being valid for an additional 30 days, we can have run the risk of her going over 5,000 miles. That is why we couldn't grant her exemption. However, the exemption sticker still cost $19.95 regardless, which in turn Jim Shorkey Kia gave her a $20 credit towards her next service visit for the inconvenience and confusion.
