I have tried numerous times to reach out to the dealer. There is a button that is broken that has been since day 1 and also 2 of the 3 outlets do not work and also has not since day one. Also there is rust on my vehicle underneath the paint. I got one call back and they left a message and when i returned the call no one would return mine. Also i never received my double down payment incentive from when i purchased the car as well as the first inspection free. Resolution Sought Fix damages and refund.

Company states: We are sorry that Ms. Wilkes has had some issues on her vehicle. This is the first we are hearing about the concerns she is having on the vehicle. Her vehicle service history shows that she had brought it into the store and had a bulb concern address back in October of 2021. The other concerns were not mentioned for those items to be addressed at the time of service. These items can be looked at to find out what is going on with them the vehicle would need to be serviced at one of our Kia locations. There must be some confusion with what she is asking about on the double down payment incentive. A vehicle qualified for a $2500 rebate which was applied to the vehicle for financing to lower the payment and the amount financed.

I also put a down payment down with cash but you did not mention that for the incentive. This is not the first time because i have a voicemail from a manager which i called back several times. Also i left numerous messages.

All of our clients receive the incentive that was available at that time from Kia. Most our clients, but not all will put additional money down to cover taxes, fees etc. This also help lower the amount financed and monthly payment.
