Feb 19th 2022 a $500 deposit was given to purchase the 06 Infiniti g35. Before walking out of Jason office to go to the bank Jason asked for a $1,000 I thought that was strange. March 17th 2022 $7006.48 was given to Jim's auto for the 2006 Infiniti g35 price $4500, warranty price $1800. I never received a copy of the contract nor the warranty contract. Jason made a copy of the contract stating on the copy the items he will fix with his initials. Per conversation March 17 2022 when I came to Jason office about picking up the vehicle Jason tone was what is warranty for. Concerning the part of the vehicle that Jason has put in writing that Jason was going to have fixed. There is no need for Jason to use a rude tone with me. I drive to Oakville March 17th 2022 thinking I'm going to have the car checked by my mechanic before I pay $7006.48 and the car was not at Jason office. The car was not registered due to Jason mechanic not fixing the seats and windows. Jason statement was I'm not going to miss my appointment March 17th 2022 with DMV. The appointment was missed due Jason mechanic not communicating properly with Jason about fixing the vehicle. While Jason was at the dmv Jason was rude towards me when he was registering the car. Previously a copy was already sent to Jason of the insurance card. While at the dmv Jason asked for a clearer copy when I tried to explain that he was given a copy already Jason used bad choice of words. March 25th 2022 Jason deliver the car to me at Resolution Sought I would like to receive a full refund.

Company states: The customer didn't contact me about the warranty refund. She purchsed the vehicle in February 19, 2022, but didn't pick it up until May 16, 2022. The warranty went into effect May 15. She wanted the vehicle, but she didn't want the 2 year warranty if she couldn't get in writing upfront. I issued credit of $1,000.00 cash back to the customer on May 19, 2022.

This is not true Jason did not provide me with a contract when I purchased the vehicle he made a copy Feb 19 2022 Jason gave me me a booklet for pwi power train warranty ii paid $1800.which he switched warranty without my permission pwi purchase warranty for $750.jason was repairing the vehicle I had it towed to Him march 17 2022 .Jason kept promising the contract and warranty and I didn't receive the warranty or the contract until may.Jason is not stating the whole truth.Jason can't sell me a warranty 1,800 and then sell me one for $750 and keep my $1800 what company does that
