On April 25, 2023 I sent a deposit $150 to this company to transport my slingshot from Jacksonville Florida to Humble Texas. The total price was $465 with $150 deposit and the remainder will paid at delivery. The next day I received a call from Nathan Brown, my contact person from this company, saying the driver was not able to pick up my slingshot and he's working with another driver to pick it up. When he called back, the price went up to $900 for the drop off. I told him to cancel the service because that's not the price we agreed on. He texted that refund would take 3 to 4 business days, it's going on 3 months and I still haven't received my refund. I have called at least three times and the only answer I got is that it's processing. Resolution Sought Refund my $150.

Ok so that not the whole story. we gave him the quote of $465 for open carrier but then he requested for enclosed carrier which is obviously more expensive than open carrier and we gave him the $615 price for which he signed the contract as well , I can send you the contract in that contract he signed clearly mentioned that once you booked the order with us untill the pickup date you can not work with any other company but he break this claw and gave his order to more than 2 companies who also posted his vehicle on a loadboard where we all broker works which is called Central dispatch . so we informed him if you work with other brokers the price will hike up because all the other companies raise up the price. so he break the contract . otherwise if we didn't provide the services we always refund it back to our customers. everyday we shipped more than 50 vehicles .

I’ve been calling for almost 3mo for my deposit and the only answer I’m getting is that it’s processing. I was told in 3 to 4 business days I would have my refund. Where’s my deposit?
