I called for roof repair estimate due to a leak I had already been issued a check from my insurance agent and was told by Joe the roofer to give him the check and that it wouldn't be deposited until the total roof replacement was agreed upon by my State farm adjuster Gary,I signed a contract as he stated it was non binding but for purposes of being able to talk to my adjuster,he applied a tarp that didn't stop the roof leak and said It cost 300,00 I disputed the charge via phone calls and text messages,He has repeatedly told me he would refund my check but now isn't answering my texts or calls and hasn't refunded my money Resolution Sought I want my check refunded
