Investigate if he is a real plumber! He been around 14 years with 6 reviews

This man is in my bathroom whispering telling the landlord let me make sure it's no more leak upstairs! Then tells her move back so he can have her record him saying I caused the leak! But he did catch a 2,500 violation for not letting the inspectors in to do a safety check!
