I am disabled. My toilet is completely plugged which it has done before. I texted him telling him about the problem and he said that his maintenance man wouldn't be back till Monday. I said that I would keep plunging and sopping up the water. He then told me to stop using the bathroom. It's an emergency situation and he expects me to not use the bathroom for 2.5 days. It is unsanitary and completely disgusting so I asked him to plz send a plumber out and of course, he won't answer Resolution Sought Just clear the lines. I've canceled a Dr app Monday because the tub has toilet water in it

Company states; Landlord / Owner brought in a portable potty by Southern Septic. Tenant never used. Owner then snaked line, cleared line & in 3 days plugged again. Owner insalled & cleaned outside, and had professional plumber snake line, pulled back "baby wipes". Tenant agredd it was she that used them. That was the cause. All was good, did find grass in line, not major. Baby wipes are not degradable and should never be flused down toilet. Please never contact me again. James Walker.
