Fast response from the company favoring the customer request

It was supposed to be a smooth transaction but things got so complicated that as end result I couldn't receive the item and the only solution seemed to be a refund. I waited for it much longer than what'd be normal and what was promised. But when it was finally issued a large amount was withheld without anyone even mentioning about it. I asked to be reimbursed for it but I had no luck. Thankfully things changed and I got notified about the company issuing me a refund for the cancellation fee too. Few days later I had the money into my account.
