the business should no longer be in operation

this business is only a front on instagram as a scheme to take money from people renting cars. cars are not serviced or taken care of and they are also not a legitimate licensed business. their instagram is @jmrentalservice

This customer was fully refunded there money. We also sent screenshots of receipt. Client was notified of vehicle needing maintenance prior to them getting vehicle and that we did not feel safe letting them book so we didn't. We do not let clients in vehicles without them having full maintenance and safe for their travel. We understand you are frustrated we had nothing else available but Saying we are scamming is misleading ,False, and deformation to our company.
