Very unprofessional when speaking and discussing the charges/towing bill. The amount changed 3 times. When showing up in person to try and settle the bill, the owner refused to show me the list of charges, he just demanded a figure for me to pay which was $1200 more than what was talked about on the phone. Resolution Sought A partial refund would be nice.
