I used my debit card to make an purchase online. I was charged for the order. Then 2 more charges for I internet was placed then they tried to use my card again. Is this a scam that this company has going on? Resolution Sought I want my money back . All my money. I will never purchase from them.

On 11/29/23 I placed an order at Joann.com. on 12/11 they debited my account for $34.96 order # 10099285176.. on 12/10 they prepare my package for pick up but never sent out. I put a request thru their website that stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours, i received an email from the customer service department to verify my order number but have not received any communication from them since. This has been 7 days ago. I have email a few times and still have not heard a word from them and Christmas is tomorrow. The worst customer service ever! Resolution Sought A full refund would be nice
