joanie characters and events is great . very professional , always on time and goes above and beyond for there clients.

very unprofessional and using cheap face paints on my kids that caused a reaction! Very unsanitary!!

First off I don't believe this to be a legal business, very unprofessional and using cheap face paints on my kids that caused a reaction! Very unsanitary!! And now rumor has it she is a local prostitute! She should NOT be around child let alone at events or in your home. Disgusting! She has horrible website using copy right characters name ect...
