Hired this company while I was in a nursing home and not present when I got home I discovered that they stole alot of my property that I'm still trying to replace. I'm on disability and don't have easy access to transportation I'm requesting my full payment back them since its costing me that if not more to replace them business number 570-790-5998. I paid in full via debit card while in the nursing home it took some time to discover everything missing I've tried several times to complete this form but had problems I'm respectfully requesting a full refund for the replacement of all the items and inconvenience you wouldn't think that what you would expect for a professional business to steal from you the owners first name is Jessica n empire st Wilkes Barre pa18702 thank you please contact me with any concerns Resolution Sought To be reimbursed my full payment into the amount of $525,via money order please contact me of your decision. Company states; Please be advised that we have spoken with the consumer and advised her to file a police report and to take a look at her cameras. She also, mentioned to us that her landlord had been in her apartment a few times, he's the one who has the keys, that let us into her apartment to clean. So therefore, we cannot honor her reimbursement request at this time.
