My family and I have been struggling to end our membership with The Jockey Club for quite some time now. We have reached out to them multiple times, pleading for their help in canceling our timeshare. However, we have received no satisfactory response or solution from them. This ongoing issue has caused immense burden on our family both financially and emotionally. We have already invested so much into this timeshare, but it has become unaffordable for us to maintain. It is disheartening to see our hard-earned money go to waste due to the lack of assistance and support from the timeshare. We have now reached a breaking point and it is essential for us to have this timeshare canceled as soon as possible. This is where I am seeking the help of the Business Consumer Alliance, hoping that they can mediate and resolve this matter for us. Resolution Sought I want my timeshare canceled and money refunded.
