I took my Ford Mustang here because it was the nearest Ford dealership and years ago I purchased a vehicle from Joe Bullard in Mobile and they were a credible source and had great customer service, so I expected the same for this location. However they have had my car since December 21st, and we were told that it would be roughly a month or less before it could be fixed and I was fine with that. Today makes 2 months and all we have been getting is excuses after excuses and this is affecting my livelihood. I understand that parts may need to be ordered but when I'm told you don't have tools to fix certain parts and you specialize in this brand is getting to be hard to believe. I have never had to wait this long for a car to be repaired and I will not recommend them to anyone not for repair nor for a purchase. Resolution Sought Fix my car and return it to me, or loan me a rental until my car is complete.
