I hire this electrician to install a dimmable chandelier and Dimmable LED bathroom vanity mirror. The mirror is called exactly that, Wall mounted Dimmable LED make up bathroom vanity mirror, 29"x35". On June 10th, 2022, he installed a dimmer switch with the chandelier and not with the bathroom mirror. The bathroom mirror is also hung unevenly. I texted him the next day stating the mirror was hung uneven and should have had a dimmer switch. For $920, I expected him to correct his errors. I text him again a few days ago and he has not responded. I want half of my money back, so that I can hire someone to hang the mirror properly, with a dimmer switch. Please help me resolve this poor workmanship issue. Thank you. Resolution Sought Return half of the money that I paid, because he had not responded to my request to correct his issues.

These accusations are baseless and crazy! Bathroom fixture was dead on even and dimmer was not needed! If she would like a dimmer I will gladly install one for her. She was not charged for A second dimmer. Worked all day, no breaks whatsoevever! She was charged for 7 discounted hours only! Her bathroom fixture came with no directions and are never put on dimmers. 40 years professional service with no complaints ! She is an interesting Person!

I have pictures of the mirror that is hung unevenly, and I will bring them and affidavits of people who agree that it is hung unevenly, to court, when we meet on November 21st. I never said I was charged for a second dimmer. Funny, the contractor never responded to my three texts and two BCA letters, until he reeived the small complaint court date. But now he says he will instally a dimmer, but not state that he will correct the issue with the mirror that is hung unevenly. I don't want him in my house any longer, after not responding, since my first request to fix the issues on June 10th. He has never responded to any of my two texts in June and one in July or the two letters sent by BCA in July. Why would I ever say that the mirror is hung unevenly, and ask him to fix it, unless it is uneven. And why wouldn't he come by and check it? I will see him in court on November 21st, with pictures showing it is uneven. And proof that he never responded to my texts or BCA letters in July, until he received the letter with the court date on September 30th. Why would someone not respond sooner?
