Hired Joe's Landscaping to repair wall and level walkway. Also added in repair of front stairs. Did the work. Looked ok but now when it rains I have puddles on my walkway and my stairs are all cracking. I have contacted the owner and he has made promises to fix (as late as yesterday) to come and fix. Never showed up. My front walk and stairs are totally embarrassing. Looks like an amateur did the work. He has totally put me off each promise to come. Resolution Sought I would like everything fixed if they are capable of doing or full refund and I will find someone to do this work. I am recently a widow and trying to do everything correct but I guess my choice in this Contractor is teaching me a lesson. I booked local as he advertises in our Berlin Citizens paper. Thought I was doing a good thing.
