BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege deceptive marketing practices unauthorized credit card charges misrepresentation and false advertising concerning the offer's actual ability to generate profits as advertised. Some customers complain they believed they had paid a one time fee for services but later discovered they had become enrolled in a monthly subscription program which billed or debited their accounts on a monthly basis. Many complainants allege the quality of mentoring services provided was not as represented or did not meet their expectations. Clients complain that mentors are inexperienced unprofessional or unavailable when needed. Others report services consisted of one phone call a week that mentoring services provided by the company taught them very little or they were unable to apply the materials for practical usage. In other cases complainants report difficulty obtaining refunds non delivery of merchandise or that the company fails to honor their money back guarantee. Several complainants allege that after the initial purchase the company re-contacts buyers by phone and uses high pressure sales tactics to sell additional high priced mentoring services. ~~The company responds in some cases by providing full or partial refunds requesting proof of returned packages or denying responsibility for the customer. In some cases customers contend they previously submitted proof of purchase to the company on more than one occasion however the company contends that the information was not provided. In some cases refunds are issued less the shipping and handling fees.
