I walked into the dealership Claremont Chrysler Jeep with my son he was going to buy a vehicle they ran his credit but then came back and ran mine and said my credit was better than his but I wanted his name on the contract but they wouldn't do it and I said well I want his name on it because he's the one that's going to be driving the car not me long story short the car was in an accident it already had like 80,000 miles I never bought a brand new car and I got stuck with this vehicle $28,000 I just had the vehicle appraised it's only worth 12,000 my son can't afford the car anymore I can't either I'm 64 years old I'm retired I only work 16 hours a week the payment is $434 a month I can't afford it I believe I got gypped scammed like I said the vehicle was in an accident for a Carfax I don't know what to do I thought I had buyers remorse they won't help me and I want to return the car but my credit will go bad I don't know what to do can someone help me they didn't even show us other cars or show my son other cars they just brought that car out and I need to know what I was doing they had it all these things on there they were supposed to take it off they never did I got ripped off it's a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and I had it appraised at 12,000 and they're charging me 28,000 what can I do bad customer service they took advantage of an old lady. Resolution Sought Either take the car back without ruining my credit I can't afford this vehicle I can't afford 20,000 28,000 I only $1000 a month from Social Security I'm retired

Sorry to hear they were not happy with the purchase. Since it was almost a year ago theres not too much I can do to help. The customer was aware of everything at the time of purchase and since we are part of a large auto group all of our preowned vehicles are sold at fair market value.
