Ive been trying to cash out since Feb 2021. I've only received one thing from this business with any information in 5 years. I've filed out the paperwork now locked out of my account an still don't have my money. Resolution Sought Cash out my 401 k

Our representative Ryan Wilson was not able to contact our customer by calling the telephone number provided in the complaint, but Mr. Wilson has left a voicemail wit hhis contact information. To assist our customer with this request, Mr. Wilson will need to authenticate our customer over the phone. Mr. Wilson will assist our customer with our withdrawal process as soon as he hears back from our customer. Alternatively, our customer may contact the employer that set up this 401(k) Plan for its employees to obtain the necessary paperwork to request a withdrawal.
