Customer Complaint

We just want our toilet fixed at no extra charge. Cody and Lucas install 2 toilets. We found one of the toilets was leaking between the tank and the stool. When called a technician was promptly sent and tried to repair it however it still leaked. Called and reported we still had a leakand Cody and Lucas was sent out again and repaired the tank leak. Lucas told us that the problem was that we were setting on the stool and leaning back and if they had to come back we would have problem's. After they left we found that we had a leak from under the stool. They told us that we had a broken seal caused by setting on the stool. If we wanted it fix it would cost $250 $50 would be the cost of this call' It appears that that we will have to call a reputable plumber to fix their shoody work. One of the spools they installed is fine, so far, even though I set on it. Resolution Sought We just want our toilet fixed at no extra charge.
