Hello, 12/16/2021 I took my elderly neighbor's car. We stopped by John Heister Fuquay and were looking at Ms. Carol's 75 yrs old. She has memory issues. She wanted to look at this one car. I had her covenested this was not her car. Young man came up talking about how good it was. I told her no, that's not your car. He asked if she wanted to test drive and she said yes. I told him only around the parking lot. Next thing I knew they were gone and when I did see her she had already signed paperwork. This was a 75 yr old lady. Car was sold to her for 72 months. They took her for a ride and tricked her into purchasing a 2017 Nissan with 90000 miles. She has a handicaped sticker and has a hard time. This elderly lady can just barely walk because of a hip replacement at her age. They got her away from me and convinced her this was her car. It is all fancy and loud. Fancy blue tooth and all the work. Ms.Carol doesn't even know how to work her cell phone. She is calling the wrong number all the time. Please help her because they took her to the cleaners because she has good credit. She told me she signed paperwork to drive the car for 24 hrs. and if she didn't want to return it. Please can you help her. I'm looking for help to get justice for her. Resolution Sought Young man got her away from me next thing I knew she said she purchased the car. But she could return it in 24 hrs. They were so hard up to get a sale, It's truly sad sold her this car. This dealership does not rate a star in my book. To take back car for they took advantage of her. But I find that they sold her they car. I'm looking for help to get justice for her.

Blaise met Carole Hiske and her neighbor Cindy on 12/16/21 at 11am on our lot. They told Blaise that they were shopping for a car for Carole because she was planning to give her pickup truck to her grandson. Blaise proceeded to show both of them a 2017 Nissan Murano and go over all the features. Carol and Blaise took the Murano for a demo because Cindy decided to hang back. When they came back from the demo Carole said she loved it and wanted to see numbers. Carole and Blaise went inside to work numbers and Cindy decided to stay outside in her car. Blaise and Carole agreed on numbers so Carole told Cindy she was going to buy the Nissan and that she could head home. Cindy left the dealership and we finished up the paperwork and did the delivery. When I got this complaint today, I talked with all parties involved because we are a family dealership that prides in always doing the right thing. We also called Carole to make sure that she is happy with her purchase, and she told us five times how much she loves her new SUV. Thank you Raymond M Czerw
