They charged me $249 for window etching which I told him I didn't want they charge me $498 for a document fee clerical fee $336 and document delivery fee $162. I've been waiting for my title which I haven't received from them Since 11 2423 I have repeatedly called them and all they give me is somebody else to call give me a runaround so I hope you can help me with this. The dealership is not cooperative at all . I have called Jon Louie sales person and the finance manager, Jeff Bash who, by the way, promise me to get me an extended warranty on my truck, and never delivered! Resolution Sought I would like a refund for over charging me for window etching for $249. And the ridiculous amount of money they charge for document fee $498. I'd be willing to give them $75 for the document fee and I want my title sent to my house ASAP. I paid them cash for this vehicle and I'm still waiting. I don't think it takes three months to get a title. I got my registration.
