I purchased a car from CarGiant on May 13,2023 through , the car has a warranty on it. The last week of November the car stopped running and I haven't been able to drive it due to issues with the engine which is covered by the warranty however I've been contacting CarGiant to settle the issue and no one will return my call or email. I visited the site on Mansfield Road today and was unable to speak with anyone. After buying and paying for labor to have the car fixed, it still doesn't run. It's only been 6 months and I still pay a car note. There is no way the car should be giving me these issues after keeping up with the maintenance as well as the shower amount of time I've had the car in my possession and still have to pay a note on it. Resolution Sought Have the car repaired at their expense or reimburse the amount paid for the car in its entirety.
