This company has taken advantage of me and my serious disability. I have cerebral palsy and needed to do some work on the house my mom left behind to make it wheelchair friendly. I called Jonny to give me a quote on painting. In our conversation he managed to convince me he would be able to put new floors in before thanksgiving day. His intentions are to milk the job and being that I am a person in a wheelchair he saw how easy it could be. He also noticed that my brothers had very busy work schedules and would not be around much to keep him accountable. Never did he worked longer days to get it done like he said he would. His tools would brake every day and he had to run out and replace them. The room Jonny quoted me extra for because if requires more work and we bought materials for; he is now saying it's not necessary to do those repairs. When I question him on full-filling the promises he had no intention on keeping, the game started. Then he started volunteering doing things for me only to later say, I pulled him off of the job to be a caregiver. All of a sudden things that was not broken in the house before needed to be repaired. He intentionally put my life in danger to get more work. He took out a small screw around the door latch and put in one that was 5 times longer causing the door to crack and making it hard to open. Jonny told me this would take a week or maybe a little longer. It's been a month and he's only half way done. Resolution Sought I would like Jonny to pay for the cost of replacing the door, repairing the bathroom floors, repairing his admitted mistakes and the buying of extra materials to finish the floors.
