I contracted John's custom wiring to build me an integrated custom wiring harness for my 94 chevy with the supplied wiring harnesses that I sent him at the end of may 2021. He stated that there was a 95-100 day backlog before he would start building my wiring harness. I've waited the 95-100 days for him to start building my wiring harness. He has given me nothing but lies, excuses, false completion times. And most importantly at the beginning of august 2022 he filed false shipping info with paypal who the transaction was run through and finalized the transaction with out sending me the integrated wiring harness that I contracted him to build for me. He barely responds to any email inquiries, does not pickup or return a phone call for his business about the status of the harness he is supposed to have built for me. I have a stack of emails that have been between myself and John's custom wiring to prove the legitimacy of my complaint. In may2022 I finally spoke with him on the phone and expressed that I needed the harness done by the end of July 2022 so that I could finish my grabdpas truck and take it back to him for his birthday. John said that the end of july completion would not be a problem at all. It is now the beginning of Feb 2023 and I still do not have anything to show for the funds I have sent him. All I have is a pile of lies, excuses and him just blatantly ignoring me to show for this now almost 2 years of waiting. Resolution Sought I would prefer to get the completed wiring harness that I paid him 1025.02 so that he and myself can part ways and never deal with him again. Or as a last resort. He refund me the 1025.02 and send me the harnesses back that I sent him in may 2021 so that I can finish my grandpa's truck once and for all.
