I was in a car accident in May of this year and was referred to this Law Firm through a member of my church, and also the chiropractor I will seeing. This Law Firm I believe is stiffen people out of their money because when it came to my lost wages through Liberty Mutual I was advised by Charles from this Law Firm that they were going to take one third of every single paycheck that I received which was totally unacceptable from what I understand. I continuously asked Charles one of their attorneys to send me some type of paperwork or some type of paper that States they're going to take 1/3 out of every single paycheck that I receive for lost wages and he refused to send me any paperwork and stated that is very unusual for a client to ask for that type of paperwork and when he said that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Due to Charles and Johnson Law Firm not appreciating the fact that I kept asking them why are they taking money out of my lost wages day wanted to discontinue me as they client. I contacted Liberty Mutual and also let them know that I felt like I was being taken advantage of and also there was extra payments that should have not been paid to the chiropractor because he only spent 15 minutes or less I'm taking care of what I needed to be taken care of and just racked up a lot of bills for Liberty Mutual so I am now seeing a physical therapist instead of the chiropractor office because they are part of Johnson's Law Firm. Resolution Sought I would like you guys to investigate this Law Firm because I know I'm most likely not the only client they're taking advantage of and it's totally unacceptable that people Trust these lawyers to do the right thing and instead they take advantage of the situation especially with people in car accidents and how they can just get away with taking lost wages and mileage pay that is supposed to go to their clients.
