johnson mark had a judgement against me in which they submitted a writ of garnishment to my employer of my wages in which the debt was collected by the sheriff and sent to johnson mark in full in the amount 1941.54 back in November of 2025. march of 2026 johnson mark sent another writ to the sheriff department for the same case sheriff dept acknowleges this is pif however they say that i need to contact johnson mark i called them spoke to a foriegner and go nowhere the sheriff said that i will have to take johnson mark to court to get my money back Resolution Sought Stop the writ of garnishment as it is already pif and can be verified thru canyon county sheriff

This junk debt collector lawyer somehow obtained a bogus address for me, (my bosses HOME address) to send harassing and legal documents to, so that I wouldn't receive them. Next thing I know, I'm getting an entry of judgement in the mail from a courthouse in the wrong jurisdiction! My boss did a "return to sender" on everything because I DON'T LIVE THERE! Not only was he a fraud in that manner, I was sued in the wrong jurisdiction! I live in Idaho and was sued in Oregon, because that's the bogus address he used. I am livid! I called them up (it's a call center) and NO ONE could tell me why they were sending things to a bogus address. Forcing me to pay on an old debt by suing me at the wrong address! I didn't even have a chance to fight this! Now I have a judgement lien on my property! I called them again today (4/3/3024) to pay them off in the settled amount of $1,177.88. Couldn't give me a confirmation number. Said it would be mailed. I asked when the court would be receiving satisfaction of judgement and also when I would receive release of lien, the call taker couldn't even answer me that with confidence! These people are frauds and crooks! Resolution Sought Refund! Satisfaction of judgement sent to the court! Release of lien! Cease and desist all communication! These people should be behind bars or sued for the fraudulent crap they do!!

Whenever a complaint is received, the account file is reviewed, the allegations are investigated, and corrective action, when needed, is taken. Depending on the nature of the allegations, the investigation may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Based upon our investigation Ms. Gorham's account was placed with our law firm on 10/12/2018 by PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC. JOHNSON MARK LLC sent a demand letter to Ms. Gorham on 10/15/2018. Due to no response from Ms. Gorham, the attorney with the law firm JOHNSON MARK LLC reviewed the account and approved the filing of a lawsuit.
