We had a contract with Johnson Stone Countertop for quartzite installation. During installation damage was done to our stainless steel over and sink. The owner of Johnson Stone and I agreed on a refund to resolve the issue. I followed up a few times, the owner stated that "he would make good to the arrangement" but never has. They are now not responding to inquiries. Resolution Sought Pay the $900 per our written and verbal agreement.
