I ordered a brand new swiss watch from them and it came with a broken GMT movement and so I tried to return it the same day I received it but was denied due to scratching on the watch but the watch was never worn and now I have a broken $600 dollar watch that has minor scratches that weren't there before I returned it. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.

I bought 2 products from them I never received either one. Called the shipper which was fedex and they confirmed that neither one of the signature was mine. And I'm still fighting with the merchant it's been over 4 months now Resolution Sought Either reimbursement or product and this time direct signature bye me
