Hi, I bought the watch in Jomashop store 1.5 years ago. Since i received the item, it was faulty from the beginning showing wrong time, so i brought it to official local warranty repair shop, but i was informed that my warranty card is not signed hence not valid. After back and fourth with the store i found out that the store itself provided warranty, so i sent it to their warranty center for repair. Paid expensive shipping fees. After receiving repaired watch i discovered that its still not repaired and not working, so i sent it for the second time. After receiving for the second time i discovered that the watch is still not working after two repairs. Now i am being asked to send it the third time with the same ignorant message that it is only eligible to repair. I asked for my money back because the watch is unrepairable ( after being repaired two times already). The store refused to give my money back, but offered to repair again. So the bottom line after 1.5 years and two repairs i am still not able to use watch that i bought. Please advise what shoul i do? Thanks in advance. Resolution Sought Give my money back or properly repair the watch by replacing the whole inner mechanism (this was the official warranty shop conclusion on the repair needed).

they assured me to get extended shipping that extend shipping will ensure my package there is no movement on the delivery since December 9 which is the due date for the watch to be delivered. It's now been three days still no movement, but they assured me my package was in route. No one has gotten a hold of me. I read the reviews on this jeweler and I should've listened to what I was reading. These guys can't continue to steal from people ensuring them that their package is still in route when they know nothing was ever shipped.. somebody needs to help the people that suffers from this daily. I don't see anything slowing down either as far as stealing from the public. Resolution Sought return my money
