CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Brent Jones was a terrible lawyer he was never available to answer any of my questions never in his office and I was never able to talk to any of his associates in his office at all. I don't think his business is real at all he took my money and it was never available as a lawyer in my case. He was never available to any of my hearings.. he only showed up to one hearing. He handled the paperwork in the beginning and the rest of the paperwork that I had throughout my hearings I had to handle he didn't do very much for me at all I did most of the work for myself he was not available as a lawyer in my case. He was always out of town and other hearings Resolution Sought Give me back my money for taking my case because he didn't do anything for me
