My vehicle a brand new 2024 GMC under factory warranty was taken to jones and they "do not prioritize hard fixes" it's been there a month. After a month they finally diagnose the vehicle. Parts are on back order till who knows when. I thought buying brand new was a good idea. One month in my $40,000 car needs a valve body replacement. I don't want a car that needs repairs already. It's a lemon and no one will speak to me about getting a new one in replacement for a faulty vehicle. Resolution Sought Compensation, or a new car.
