I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Rebel truck from Jones Humboldt. During the sale they showed me a paper that said I was paying for a "Jones package" I was told this was for paint and interior "protection" as well as a LO Jack system. I told them I did not want any of that. They told me that the Lo Jack and all was already installed and that they would have to pay someone to take it off so I HAD to pay for it. Well a few days after purchase I get a email to download the Lo Jack app. I did download it only to find out I can't use the item I was made to purchase because it was in fact NOT installed on my truck. I contacted them and they said it was in fact not installed and that they would schedule me an appointment to get it installed. I told them I never wanted it to begin with they had forced me to get it claiming it was installed. I sure don't want to drive 2hrs back up there and shut down my business to get something that was supposed to already be installed and that I didn't want to begin with. They have refused to give me back the money for this and say that I will have to make the 2 hr trip up to get the product I already payed for that I was adamant I didn't want. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the charge of the Lo Jack system they lied about
