The dealership has had my vehicle for over a month for transmission replacement under Ford warranty. I am now being told, it will be at least another 8 weeks. They have made no offer of a rental car or any other offers; for that matter. They will not take or return calls. I had to go to to the dealership to get an update. Resolution Sought I would like my vehicle to be repaired, if they are incapable of doing the work, then send it to someone who can, under the warranty.
