There is so much that has happened since the purchase of this used car that I can't type it al that is why I need to speak to someone, but to start the vehicle has a lien on it so the letter from the MVA says they cannot generate a title for it until the lein holder release it. I purchased the car on July 28th my 30 days for returning the vehicle was August and I told the that due to the issues with the car I want to return it but they said they would fix the problems so in the meantime this took past the 30 day return date .When I dropped the car off it was August 26th the return date was September 16th 2025 I was told it was fixed and ready to go(other things was said during this process) and only one thing was done and that's a second key now I'm getting the run around (and that being kind in the way they are treating me).Now as I said at the beginning there is too much to put in writing. Long and short of it i need help dealing with these people. Resolution Sought Fix the car at no charge to me or replace it.

I had an alignment done on my vehicle and the service writer posted my information online. My privacy was violated and I have suffered stress because of the post. Resolution Sought Fire the service advisor so that I can have my vehicle worked on without feeling uncomfortable.
