Had my car at Jones by 8 am November 24, 2021 to be repaired. I called that afternoon to check on car, they had no record of appt or knew where my car was, even though I spoke to them on Nov 19, 22, and 23 about the car. Appt was made on 19th. I called several days inquiring the status of car and was told still no diagnosis. I spoke multiple times to Kathy, Jessica, Nicole, and the tech Sam. My dad and husband checked on it in person on separate days. On December 23, 2021, I called and was told, still no diagnosis. I said, STOP, do not touch the car anymore, I'm arranging to have it towed to another dealership. I asked how much I owed and was told 1082.31. This can't be right. They kept my car a month did not diagnose it or fix it and then grossly over charged me. When I complained they reduced the charge to 902.00. I'm left feeling legally robbed. The second dealership diagnosed and repaired my car less than 24 hrs and charged me 326.99 + tax. Resolution Sought I want to be charged according to GM protocol not Jones Motor Company. I want a refund of the difference.
