We contracted with Jones for a roof repair due to leak in front from shingles being blown off in high winds. Scondly, repair in westside corner leak where we had covered with tarp. The front appears done well but the west corner leaked into the closet onto clothing the first rain. Called immediately they promised to come and repair it has been a month, called twice, no show just promise to come out. Their excuse they had a big job in Shawnee but would send again promised to come. NO SHOW. Resolution Sought Repair roof on westside house that we paid for. I am a senior disabled veteran on a fixed income . Before weather changes and does further destruction

Greetings, Please find our account of the timeline and sequence of events as follows: Customer called to request our services to repair a roof leak in August 2021. Reported issues were addressed right away within a few days. Customer then asked for us to address a non-roof related issue (trim work and sheetrock repair) and due to the customers required time frame for repairs, we did not have availability to meet their requirements. After this request, they called to report another leak. We then attempted to reach customer multiple times to coordinate onsite visit to diagnose issue as our team needed access to the interior of the home. We ultimately were able to coordinate the visit on September 21st to diagnose the problem. While we were planning repair options after our visit, customer posted this complaint on the 22nd. The issue was determined to not be related to the repair in our original scope of work, rather a different leak related to an issue with the siding. The siding issue was addressed at no additional charge to customers satisfaction on September 24th. Our number one goal is to assure our customers are 100 satisfied with our services.
