I have been denied water services due to a previous bill in my exe's name at the service address In Oct 2022. i went dowñto jve water turned on in my name they took my deposit so here i am expecting water to be on . Well no they took my money an put it towards his bill then proceeded to tke me to court for stealing services which now owe 289$ to the court at this court date there was no mention of me having to pay his past bill to have my service turned on. Well i call an thats what they say to me is that to hve service turned on i have to pay his 2000$ water bill im no where on his account that is why the water wasnt turned off because im not on his account . He no longer lives here he got put in prison for 3 yrs for reckless agv.assult. so i have been with out water have a court record now for stealing services an am being told my deps. Money went to pay on smeone elses bill an that i cant have water till i pay off my abuser's bill i just need my water turned on an these nonsense court and payments to go away Resolution Sought I need water in my home
